I manage the EP Validations team here at Boult. I re-joined the firm in 2017, having previously worked with Boult a decade before.
My team and I manage the EP validation process for clients across the firm. We oversee the validation process, which requires high quality, technically-qualified translation of all or part of the patent, the payment of fees and the filing of documents within a certain timeframe – usually three months from the European Grant Date.
The EP Validation team are also responsible for liaising with all departments such as accounts or records and renewals, providing costs estimates for Grant. We are also now actively involved in the UPC procedures and processes for the firm.
I love the family feel that you get from working here at Boult. In particular, being a part of the wellbeing team provides me a focus to help myself and assist my team, in looking after each other. It’s important to me that everyone feels appreciated and supported in their roles.
