We believe that most matters can be settled quickly and amicably once the problem has been identified.

In the rare occurrences when a problem cannot be resolved between us, you may have the right to make a complaint concerning the quality of our service to the Legal Ombudsman at the Office for Legal Complaints (www.legalombudsman.org.uk).
