Qualifications

MA Law, University of Law
BA History, Kings College London

My academic background is in history, but my interest in trade marks was sparked by my first role working as an IP in-house Paralegal with a designer perfume brand.

Day-to-day in my role at Boult, I support the drafting of trade mark protection for retail clients and major international brands, as well as drafting responses to clients. The evidence-gathering aspect of the role really appeals to me, and I look forward to expanding into filing of applications and oppositions as my career with Boult develops.

Having begun my career in an in-house capacity, I have a real appreciation for a client’s needs, and how best to pursue protection for their brands, particularly in the consumer goods and retail space.
