I became interested in a career in trade marks at university while studying a module on intellectual property as part of my law degree.
Subsequent to my graduation I began working as a Trade Mark Paralegal, then progressed to become a Trade Mark Assistant.
The variety of work I’m exposed to in my role at Boult is wide-reaching. I’m interested in all aspects of work within trade marks, from filing and prosecution to contentious matters. I really enjoy the variety of working with clients across different industries. Day-to-day, I assist with advising clients on obtaining trade mark protection and enforcing their rights in the UK and internationally. Advising global brands with their trade mark portfolios is particularly interesting.
