I joined Boult as a Senior Associate. I assist in the day-to-day running of a wide range of UK, European and international trade mark portfolios for major clients of the firm, with particular expertise in the telecommunication sector.
Prior to joining Boult, I worked in the trade mark litigation department at intellectual property firms in South Africa, specialising in the enforcement of intellectual property rights in South Africa and throughout Africa.
Acting for a large telecommunications and tech company in brand clearance and searching processes, trade mark prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management and strategy.
