  • Chartered Trade Mark Attorney
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice, Queen Mary University of London
  • BA (Hons) English Literature, University of Manchester

I studied English literature at university, a course which revolves around writing and conveying my opinions. Law therefore seemed to be the obvious career route for me. In particular, trade mark law stood out to me as it is a profession that allows you to work in a vast range of sectors. I also completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Trade Marks Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London.

I assist in a wide range of UK, EU and international trade mark cases. There’s a great deal of variety to my work, and I have supported clients in industries such as media, telecommunications, fashion and beauty.

Recent experience

Assisting one of our luxury beauty brands with its filing strategy, taking into account both the legal and commercial issues that often arise when working on large worldwide portfolios.

Assisting a large telecommunication clients with obtaining trade mark registrations in China. In a recent case, I assisted in removing third party obstacles on the grounds of bad faith.

Acting for multiple clients by helping them to obtain trade mark registrations in the Metaverse, with a particular focus on NFTs, virtual goods and virtual online environments.
