I joined the Legal Administration Group in October 2024 as an IP Paralegal. In this role, I support the firm’s attorneys and clients by assisting with various patent and design formalities, as well as portfolio management tasks. Each day brings new challenges; one day I might be recording multiple assignments, and the next I could be coordinating international patent filing programs.
I began my career at Boult as a secretary in the Biotechnology team, where I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the patent process from filing to grant for applications in this sector. After several years of gaining extensive insight into the patent processes at the European Patent Office (EPO), I decided to take on a new challenge by enrolling in the European Patent Administration Certificate course offered by the EPO. I passed the exam in December 2024 and I will treasure the knowledge I gained during my studies.
I am excited to utilise my knowledge and experience in the Legal Administration Group, where I can contribute to providing cost-efficient solutions for our clients. I particularly enjoy connecting with our clients and other IP professionals, as it allows me to build trusted relationships and foster a good rapport.
