Dr Jo Pelly, Partner at Boult Wade Tennant, has been invited to co-host a session at the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) annual Congress, which will be taking place next month.
The session, entitled ‘Patent Drafting and the Supply Chain’, will focus on patent drafting best practice in regards to aligning the interests of a clients’ supplier relationships and their commercial activity in order to draft and secure commercially useful claims. Jo will be joined by Gregory Corcoran of ASML and Bobby Mukherjee from BAE Systems.
She has a wealth of expertise in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of areas of technology, such as: medical devices; road studs; utility monitoring and appliance disaggregation; corrosion/erosion sensors for the oil and gas industry; and secured software techniques.
