Catherine Wolfe, Partner at Boult Wade Tennant and Past President of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys [ITMA], will be accompanying Baroness Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG, the Minister of State for Energy and Intellectual Property at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on a UK government visit to China. Presentations will be given on subjects including patents, Trade Marks, and Brexit.
A series of IP events are being organised to coincide with the visit, from 22-26 August. A key occasion is the UK-China IP Symposium held in Beijing to mark the twentieth anniversary of the UK Intellectual Property Office’s (IPO) cooperation with China’s State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO).
