I am a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney here at Boult.
I assist on a wide range of UK, EU and international trade mark matters across a variety of sectors, with particular experience in the fields of fashion and retail, and beauty and media. I have always had a personal interest in big brands in fashion, so have especially enjoyed working with clients in that space.
I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in law (with a year in France), during which I studied an intellectual property module which became my favourite aspect of my studies. I went on to gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary University of London, and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2023 after completing the Trade Mark Practice Professional Certificate at Nottingham Trent University.
