I manage the EP Validations team here at Boult. I re-joined the firm in 2017, having previously worked with Boult a decade before.
My team and I manage the EP Validation process for clients across the firm. We oversee the validation process, which requires high quality, technically-qualified translation of all or part of the patent, the payment of fees and the filing of documents within a certain timeframe – usually three months from the European Grant Date.
The EP Validation team are also responsible for liaising with all departments from accounts/records/renewals, providing costs estimates for Grant. We are also now actively involved in the new UPC procedures and processes for the firm.
I love the family feel that you get from working here at Boult. In particular, being a part of the wellness team provides me a focus to help myself and assist my team, in looking after each other. It’s important to me that everyone feels appreciated, and supported in their roles.
