I am a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney here at Boult.

I assist on a wide range of UK, EU and international trade mark matters across a variety of sectors, with particular experience in the fields of fashion and retail, and beauty and media. I have always had a personal interest in big brands in fashion, so have especially enjoyed working with clients in that space.

I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in law (with a year in France), during which I studied an intellectual property module which became my favourite aspect of my studies. I went on to gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary University of London, and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2023 after completing the Trade Mark Practice Professional Certificate at Nottingham Trent University.

Recent experience

Assisting a well-known luxury beauty brand with filing strategy and brand protection worldwide for core brands.

Acting for a large restaurant and private member’s club group in the management of their global portfolio, enforcement of trade mark rights and protection of its various brands through oppositions and international trade mark watches.

Advising in relation to the seizure of suspected counterfeit products for a luxury beauty brand.

Negotiating co-existence terms for large investment holding company.
