I joined Boult as a Senior Associate. I assist in the day-to-day running of a wide range of UK, European and international trade mark portfolios for major clients of the firm, with particular expertise in the telecommunication sector.
Prior to joining Boult, I worked in the trade mark litigation department at specialist intellectual property firms in South Africa, specialising in the enforcement of intellectual property rights in South Africa and throughout Africa.
Acting for a large telecommunications and tech company in brand clearance and searching processes, trade mark prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management and strategy.
Acting for a luxury consumer goods company in a large multi-jurisdictional recordal project.
