News » Irish Exam success for Boult Wade Tennant Partner

Partner, Charlotte Duly, has successfully passed her Trade Mark exams with the Irish Patents Office.

The aim of the exams is to test a candidate’s understanding of the law and practice relating to the registration, enforcement and exploitation of trade mark rights as they apply in the Republic of Ireland. Charlotte’s success in these exams is particularly important as the UK moves forward with Brexit and the yet to be determined implications of Brexit on the EU Trade Mark and Registered Community Design systems.

Charlotte is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, European Trade Mark Attorney and European Design Attorney in the Trade mark and Domain Name Group.
