Introducing a new European trade mark litigation service
Until now Boult Wade Tennant has not offered a trade mark litigation service for clients. However, we can now do this through our German offices where we have experienced German trade mark litigation lawyers. Our German lawyers have a track record in dealing with disputes before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the German National Courts, and, at EU level, The General Court and The European Court of Justice.
Boult Wade Tennant can now act as a single point of contact for clients who want a UK and European trade mark dispute resolution service.
This means clients can be sure they will receive the same high quality advice they expect from us and a seamless and consistent style of service.

Alexander Stolz is a lawyer at the Berlin office with experience in a wide range of trade mark matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
