I have worked in software development and database management for over 25 years. I joined Boult initially as a developer and I am now the Head of Software Development & Data Analytics.
My main passion is for algorithm development and programming in multiple languages and on multiple platforms. I have been lucky enough to try different roles throughout my career ranging from developer, through to systems architect, and finally management. My time spent with Boult is proof that IP – originally an unknown field to me – is evolving constantly, always providing new challenges.
Day-to-day, I manage a team of developers to ensure that the business is fully supported in processing, reporting and automation. I find it very rewarding to be able to see newly developed solutions in action.
My role with Boult provides me with the right balance of technical and interpersonal work. It is a great working environment, and getting to design and implement solutions is hugely rewarding for me.
