Flexible working

We have reinvented the 9-to-5 working day by fully embracing hybrid working. You are not expected in the office every day, but we do want to maintain our working relationships. We ask people to come into the office for at least two days a week (if they are full time), on team days and for office-wide meetings. We understand that to get the best out of our staff, they need to work at a time that is right for them, so we encourage people to discuss flexible working with their teams and come to an arrangement that works for everyone.

We also aim to be as flexible as possible. Need to do the morning school run – just start later. Having a delivery you need to be at home for – no problem, work from home for that day. We value our staff’s contribution to our success, and we want their working life to be a positive experience. 

Wellbeing

The wellbeing of our staff is crucial to the firm’s success. The legal environment is a stimulating one but comes with pressures and demands. Maintaining our staff’s mental health and resilience and promoting a healthy lifestyle is a responsibility the firm takes very seriously.
