Bulletins » Dr Michelle Pratt in conversation with series… An introduction

A brief introduction to our “Dr Michelle Pratt in conversation with series”.  In this series of articles, I’m proud to introduce you to some of my wonderful colleagues.  Hopefully these conversations will give you an insight into some of the characters at Boult.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside many exceptional colleagues at Boult. Some were already Partners when I joined the firm and are widely recognised throughout the IP industry. Others I had the honour of recruiting as trainees, mentoring throughout their careers, and seeing rise to become Partners themselves.

However, many of my colleagues who contribute immensely to the success of our firm are not featured on our website. These are the individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make Boult what it is today. For example, I am in daily contact with our IT team, whose individual efforts may not be publicly visible but are invaluable to the firm’s operations. I also work closely with our Records Department, whose meticulous monitoring of deadlines ensures that we consistently deliver the best results for our clients.

Our support teams across the firm play a vital role in creating an environment that makes my day-to-day work both effective and enjoyable. It is through this collective effort and teamwork that Boult has become a diverse, inclusive, supportive, and successful firm.

To all my colleagues who participated in this series, thank you. It has been a pleasure putting this together, and I hope you enjoy reading about them as much as I enjoyed sharing their stories. My only regret is that I couldn’t highlight everyone—there are so many more individuals I wish to celebrate.
